Is Your Purpose Missing a Vital Ingredient?

Sep 15, 2026 | Adaptability, Events, Leadership, Personal Purpose

Maybe you’ve figured out your ‘purpose’ but felt like it wasn’t coming to fruition?

A strong sense of purpose really pays off if you’re super-busy, questioning life choices or feeling strung out.

However, it can easily fall away or become a job for another day, and that day may keep getting put off.

In short, clarity of purpose is not enough on its own.

Momentum matters.

Sure, clarity of purpose is important, but you must also ask:

  • Do you have a plan with a set of actions mapped out?
  • Do you have milestones in place?
  • Have you set up an accountability mechanism?

To have a plan with concrete actions and accountability gives you a feeling of progress that, in turn, leads to far greater satisfaction and fulfilment.

Momentum is a crucial ingredient, and I explain how to make it happen in my keynote and workshop sessions.

How’s your momentum?
